Opening hours for Marina Mall are:
Retail Shops Friday to Tuesday 10:00am to 12:00pm Wednesday & Thursday 10:00am to 11:00am Food Outlets & Cafes Friday to Tuesday 10:00am to 12:00pm Wednesday & Thursday 10:00am to 01:00am These Working hours are subject to change especially at certain occasions. Any changes to the above stated hours will be notified to tenants by Marina Management in advance. Parking - The covered parking area is restricted for the exclusive use of Marina Mall covered parking.
- It is absolutely forbidden for cars to stay overnight parking.
Merchandising & Display - The Tenant must maintain proper window displays at all time with high quality merchandising display.
- No signs or banners will be permitted outside the leased premises, without the prior approval of the Marketing Dept and Marina Mall Management.
- It is absolutely forbidden to use any unrelated posters at any shop window without Marina Management formal Approval.
- All Food & Beverages Tenant must abide by the areas assigned previously by Marina Mall Management for their external seating.
- All shop fittings and works are to be executed before trading hours, before 10:00am.
- Please send a letter for any works that need a permit request 48 hours in advance no later that 3:00pm.
- For any window display setup trading hours, use hording or covering material.
- If the shop must be closed for a period of time. An official letter has to be sent before 48 hours be the head office clarifying the reasons behind the request.
- Any closing will not be acceptable before the official permission by Marina Mall Management.
- It is important to inform the Marina Mall Management of any promotions or sales that will be undertaken in your store n advance.
Deliveries - There are three delivery areas as per the enclosed plan.
- Delivery hours for Retailers are 9:00am to 4:00 pm.
- Delivery Hours for Food & Beverages tenants are 6:00am to 10:00am.
- Any deliveries after that will not be permitted and will be stopped by security.
- It is not permitted to use the visitor elevators to deliver any materials or stock.
- All tenant must use a special cart with rubber wheels and protective rubber corners to deliver their stock, this is to prevent any damages to the mall floor and walls.
- Failing to comply with these rules will result in the delivery not being made
Storage - All materials and tools are to be stored inside the leased premises and are the sole responsibility of the tenant.
- No corrosive or flammable materials should be stored in he unit at any time.
Removal of Waste and Cleaning - The Marina Mall Management has provided Central compactors for disposal of waste as per the enclosed plan.
- Each tenant is responsible for transporting waste from his area to the compactor.
- Retailers & Food Court Tenants are only allowed to remove garbage after 12:00 midnight till 9:00 am. After that they are not allowed t do so internally must coordinate with security staff if necessary.
- It is forbidden to do any cleaning inside the shops during trading hours unless it is necessary.
- The Marina Mall Management has provided staff toilettes as per the enclosed plan. All shops staff must use there Toilettes.
Security - The Marina Mall security team is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week inside and outside Marina Mall, stationed at all corridors and main entrances.
- All Tenants are responsible for their internal security affairs.
- For any problems inside individual units like (accidents, fire alarm or leaks in sprinkles, etc), we will contact store managers. If he/she is out of reach within time limit, the unit will be entered by security staff to investigate the problem.
- In the Occasion of Quarrels or fights please to closest security station to seek help or call 2244666 Ext 4234 or 4235 for the same purpose.
Maintenance - Maintenance Request
Our Help Desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For all Electrical, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Sanitary Drainage, Fire Fighting and Telephone maintenance requests, please call 2244622 for immediate assistance. - Safety Precaution
If you observe any abnormalities that imply safety hazard for lives and / or properties, Smoke, water, and gas leakage please call 2244622 for immediate assistance. - Fire Alarm & Evacuation
When fire alarm goes off, please don’t panic and follow the instructions that are broadcasted via our Public Address System. If immediate evacuation is requested, please proceed to the nearest fire escape exit. - Pre-Paid Electrical Meters
For re-charging of your pre-paid electrical meter of your shop, please call 2244622. - Demand for New MOC Telephone Line
For requesting new MOC 57XXXXX Telephone line(s), each tenant has to send an official letter addressed to Marina mall Management requesting the total number of telephone lines. Upon Receipt of your letter we will issue a letter to Undersecretary of MOC declaring our no objection for MOC to grant the number of approved lines. You will take this letter to MOC along with your Company’s letter and process further formalities with MOC. - Renovations of Individual units
All existing Electro mechanical services inside the leased area cannot be modified without the prior written consent from the Marina Mall Management. Any alterations or modifications deemed necessary to meet your requirements must be requested officially in writing along with shop drawing, calculations and all necessary feedbacks to evaluate and approve. |
